Came across website a few times online and all seemed well (and trustworthy considering three days grace have tweeted about them , finding this out looking for reviews etc) Didnt find anything about scams out at that time so emailed them regarding ordering some pants from them, all seemed to go well and very friendly and a very personal response, Finally all was agreed and settled so sent money via paypal, was told could be up to a month before recieving item as i live in the UK, which i fullly understood due to some airmail taking a time and it being a "custom" piece of clothing. Found thier facebook page and noticed even though contact to me was cut after asking for updates etc they were still putting links to ebay listings all over thier facebook page and when sent a message on facebook i then got a flurry of emails responding to me and that i could purchase these "predone" items on ebay for quicker delivery etc. time went past and i was getting anxious , sent a few emails and then got the typical a incision has ruptured or some hospital stuff, became very wary at this time as noticed a pattern of "delays" towards the 45/90days thing paypal has in place, did some deeper research and found out about previous scams by them , in a bid to get some information or as a last line of help sort of i contacted threedaysgrace(no reply at all although wasnt really expecting one). Phoned paypal and they werent very helpful on phone at the time, opened up a dispute or claim which ever is the first step, no answers , upped it to the next stage where evidence etc is to be put across and awaiting other party members response, comeback from work the next day and claim is closed and awarded to sludgefaktory for putting lots one sided/not correctly organised pictures of emails etc and some even slightly altered with basic HTML source viewing (damn you google chrome..) Contact paypal on phone again by which time the 45 days had passed , was told nothing they could do at this time and just to try and set another dispute , tried failed. almost a year later still nothing.

finally managed to get money back not too long ago when dealing with solicitors and others for a deceased family member who unbeknown to me at the time had paid for them for me (through my own paypal account ofcourse) so from viewing evidence forced bank to do a reimbursement.


Dont fall for this guys "personal" touch , he will ignore you and bullshit you , try and flaunt other items at you trying to squeeze more money outta you.

Is one of the filthy rats that doesnt deserve to be in the "scene" as it were.
