I recieved a letter stating that i had won 89,000.00 dollars and that all i had to do was sign and send it back to them. It also stated that no payment was necessary to receive my money,unless i wanted to be entered in another contest. I read the fine print on the back and usually it says this is just an advertisement but this timE it said if i recieved this letter that i had actually won a cash prize which was 89,000.00 and i feel like they should have to pay up for playing with my emotions and they keep sending the same letter but where is my money
