I got a call stating i was going to get a summons to court for check fraud. somebody named McDaniels left this message and left this number 855-935-3698 to call if i wanted to reschedule. I didn't know what this was about so i called. They were the rudest people ever. They called me a liar..saying that i didn't pay this debt when i know i did two years ago. When i told them that i wanted to go to court to figure this out ...a man named Christopher Allen (supposedly) cursed me out told me to get off his line and prepare for jail time. I finally calmed down found my confirmation papers from when i paid this off, and called back. I didn't give them any new info but reminded him that i already paid. He then told me to go to hell and hung up on me. FURIOUS is where i am now. I will make it my personal mission to report them where ever and whenever for the rest of my life. Those scare tactics don't work on everyone. Fortunately i didn't fork over any money cause i wasn't sure. They wouldn't give me direct names, phone numbers, or the address and they wanted me to pay $1000.00 today or go to jail. i told them to go to hell.
