Like so many have stated before they charged my credit card for $99 dollars, which it didn't say that there was a fee to join or I wouldn't have join. I then won four separate bids for some watches. Each was won for only a penny, but was charged $6.99 for shipping. After ten days I started calling asking where my watches were and was told that they would credit my bids back. On the next call I was told that they would credit my bids back, and refund my money, but never receive either. I called again in July and was told that they had a problem with shipping, and that I would receive my merchandise in two months. I called again in August, and requested a refund of my money, but was told I would have to fill out four separate forms to get my money back. So I told them just to go ahead and send me the watches. As to date I still haven't received those watches or a refund of my fee and for payment of merchandise.
