I was throughly mislead by this company. I was under the impression that I would be paying for material that I was not already being given from my professors.
When I called to speak to a representative after I could not cancel over the internet, I was greeted with nothing but attitude. "Leticia" was rude and condescending. Apparently, the law that states that consumers have 72 hours to cancel a credit card payment is voided by the terms of service which states that after you open a document from the site, you are no longer entitled to a full refund. I find this ridiculous because, how are you to know if the site has the material you need if you are unable to access the documents necessary to make that decision.
I think this company needs to amend their practices if they wish to remain in business. Unhappy consumers do not make for successful companies.

- Thanks for stopping me from blowing $120! Did they limit the number of documents you are able to unlock after paying?
