I had a £44.99 charge taken from my account by Loanzoo along with four other loan companies totalling £275 when I had'nt obtained a loan with any of them. I have requested refunds with all except Loanzoo as there is no telephone no. and nowhere to register to log-in, only a log-in if you have already registered which is a catch 22 situation! There are no address details either - is this site and company legally allowed to do this.
