I placed an order on 2/17/14 for balloons to be delivered to a granddaughter.They were not delivered to the hospital so I requested for delivery to the home. I received confirmation that the first order had been delivered. I trusted that that had happened. I placed another order for new baby flowers to be delivered on 2/28/14. They were not delivered, I emailed Wesley and asked for the delivery to go to the home of the new mother. I received a confirmation email from wesley that the flowers had been delivered on 3/4/14. I asked both recipients if they had actually received these orders and neither had been received !! I have complained to my Credit card company and they are investigating both orders. I will be calling Wesley and personallay asking why they did not deliver the orders and why they TOLD me that they had .
