I am being scammed by some crook in Los Angeles, Ca. I went to white pages with the phone number he had called from. All it showed was Los Angeles Ca. and the name of the cell phone distributor. Peoplefinders was on the same pages telling me that I could get name, address, relatives names, history etc. and so I paid them $4.95 to look this info up. To my disgust all they had was the same free stuff I already had from whitepages. They told me I couldnt get back my money but could look someone else up for free. Big deal...who needs this kind of crap. I am feeling now that you dont buy anything off the internet unless its someone legitimate like amazon, etc.
