They scam people into their services. They pay their employees $7.25 and $2-4 per appointment they set. However, when the technicians get there, they do a crappy job. The "manager" Fred is never there, he's always playing golf with his buddies or has an excuse on not being at work. When you complain about how his "staffing manager" Liz treats employees, he says to deal with it or the job isn't for you. You cold call ALL DAY PART TIME and the list of regular customers they have always goes to Liz. She works the daytime shift by herself when everyone is available while the 4-8 shift has the leftovers and scraps.
