I took a loan from them and they said the cost would be taken from my account every month but took it out every week since January. Even on the web site, it says biweekly and monthly, not weekly. They told me monthly but never said it was weekly. Then said its in the contract. They never sent an email for my records or left a phone number to call. I had to look it up on their website and was put on hold by a computer for 15 minutes then was sent to a voicemail. It never said to leave a message, just said my call could not be answered at this time, then Beep.
