DataSphere misrepresented their services. I was told that I was specially selected to be the advertised therapist, for a region, on a large market local news station's website. I was never informed that I was not allowed to cancel the package without having to pay a penalty. Since this ad campaign has not generated any calls I wanted to cancel. I was informed that I could have the ad pulled from the website but would still have to pay the monthly fee.
