I called and made a payment plan and my payment was due on the 28th of feb. when I originally called I was transferred to a man named Mr. Madison who was extremely rude to me from the beginning. He told me I needed to pay 200 dollars a month or the money is going to be going to my credit collector. I was trying to explain to him that I'm 19 years old in school and I do not have 200 dollars a month at the moment. I had to repeat this three times before he finally understood and said to me well why didnt you say that? I replied saying I did say that three times and he replies saying well you need to learn how to speak. So yes after that I'm not going to lie I did get a little loud and he responded stating "lets take a break for a second so I can teach you how to speak." So then I got a little more angry but luckily I lost connection with him. When I called back I was able to speak with Bill Hunter the man who signed the letter I received in the mail. He was very civil and we made an agreement that my payment was due on the 28th of feb. but if I needed to pay a week after that is fine too. I remember him saying that because that is what made me agree to the plan just because I knew I got paid march 7 of 2014 and I knew I would definitely be able to pay. So when the time of payment comes around I figure I should call just to make sure again we are on the same page. When I call on march 3rd 2014 I get transferred to Mr. Madison once again. So I say can you please transfer me to someone else just because the last time we spoke it ended in an argument. He responded "did you make your payment?" I say again can you please transfer me to someone else and he responds again "did you make your payment?" So I had to hang up and call again and this time I spoke to a manager unsure of the name. He was even more rude then Mr. Madison. I explain to this "manager" my situation and he says there is nothing in the notes stating you may pay a week later. Of course right? And all I ask is if Bill Hunter is there just because he was who I made the arrangements with and maybe he can tell you that is what was said and Im not looking like a liar right now. The manager responds by saying Bill Hunter is in but he is on the phone with someone. Okay I say so maybe we can wait then and he responds I'm his manager I'm on the other line with him. I say well can you just ask him if that was said to me then I don't understand why it's a problem. And he states " I am Bills manager don't tell me how to do my job! If you don't drop the attitude you can pay the 3,000 somewhat dollars in full and I can call it a day. Your lucky my associate offered you a payment plan. It does state you are in school and can only afford 50 dollars a month. I know college students who have full time jobs so there is no reason that is all you can afford." That is then when I told him its not that easy for me and after being talked to so rudely, he did eventually let me pay on the 7th but I had to get harassed before anything can get settled. So this was the second time I've been yelled at and spoken to rudely twice by Mr. Madison and once by a manager simply because i wanted his associate to clarify what was said to me so I'm not sounding like I'm a liar.
