I ordered Ugg boots on dec 11,2013 I never received them at christmas as i was told they would be here. I contacted vivatrade.com the website I ordered them from and they gave me a tracking number. I tracked them and they were sent to a different address so i contacted them again and they said they could sent them out again or give me a refund i said i wanted them sent out that was the end of dec they said it would take 3 days. I still have not received them. then i contacted mallpay which is the 3rd party who took the money out of my account and they said they refunded my money back which i have yet to receive.
