Turn Around Business Developement

May 5 2010 is when I paid Turn Around Business Development $1500 to research and find a grant for my business. My business is called MIXTA Publishing Co. The first 6 months they we were communicating very businness like. Then they called and said that a business was very interested in issusing a business grant, but in order for me to quaify they needed to write a business plan that was very extensive, that it would cost onther $5000 to pay the writers. I expressed to them that the cost was not in the original contract. They replied that the this was something special and the writing was very extensive and time consuming. I told them that there was no way that I could pay that expense. Nevertheless when I told that I can't pay they stop contacting me I left several messages with the personal staff. They did not return the calls until about a month later. When they contacted me they told me that I was put back into the system that they would seek other possibilites for a grant. Well a year later now in November 2011. There business is nowhere to be found. So the bottom line the money $1500 in gone. I have no grant, and I'm still in the same place that I was two years ago. Is there anyway that you can help?
