accepted offer of a free sample of collagen cream, one off payment of 2.47 Sterling, two days later 17th February, $159 dollars extracted from my account, despite cancelling my card details on 16th, and two days later (19th) another $151 dollars extracted from my CANCELLED CARD. They had obtained new card details (apparently they can do this!!) I appear to have lost £150 and received only the initial two 5ml pots of cream. It is all now in the hands of THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN.
