I ordered a FREE trial and when I phoned them they said I had until March 28 to cancel the order and return the goods, which apparently is incorrect. The order was placed during the second week of January 2014. I made further contact and have had no reply. I do not want to keep the goods. I will only return the goods and am happy to do so, after my account has been credited with $79.96. Also, under number 201-942360 on 16th January my account was debited a further $2.22. I did not agree to or authorise any debits unless the $2.22 was postage.
Please investigate this with Bellapex and arrange a Credit to my account after which I will return the goods, as soon as possible would really be appreciated.
