I ordered a "trial period" of Garcinia Ultra and Detoxify Natural Cleansing, as seen on an ad on facebook. I ordered on January 24 (product wasn't received until January 28. By February 9 two charges were put on my credit card, one for $68.74 and $83.47. I was not aware these charges had been placed, as I did not receive my credit card statement until March 2nd. In the meantime, I had already called and cancelled this "trial offer" within the 30 days of the trial period. When I called the company I was told the trial period was for only 14 days. No where was that stated in the original ad. They will not refund my money. My complaint is mirroring numerous other complaints that I have now seen. I only wish I had been aware of these complaints before I ordered a "trial." This company is a complete scam.
