I purchased a Samsung S3 Mini phone from this lot believing I was getting the best price, it was about £6 cheaper than the next best. I was under the impression I was purchasing the item within the UK and was surprised when the tracking information showed it coming from Hong Kong. I was ready to refuse delivery if asked for any duties but I got home to find the phone with a neighbour so assumed the retailer had paid the duty. 6 weeks later I got a demand from DHL for £40 to cover duty and costs. In the UK this infringes on several of my consumer legal rights, I will wait and see if the Cameron government do anything about it but I don't expect much from these lilly livered puppets. The UK is heading the same way as Egypt and Syria, watch this space.
