I ordered a pair if shoes from this company, when they arrived they were not the shoes that I had ordered. I emailed them to let them know and they told me to take a photo of the shoes i had received and the receipt, etc. I did as they asked and got an email back a couple of days later asking how much of a discount would I accept to just keep the shoes as they were "good" and "fashion". I explained that I did not want a discount, I simply wanted my money back, I received no response until I started sending a few emails at a time. They still will not let me return the product and are keeping my money. They offered me a pathetic 7% discount - no thanks. I am so pissed off I just want my money back. These people are so incompetent and complete scammers.
