I ordered 3 pairs of ugg boots from this website as it looked a genuine site. I received a letter stating that the boots are fake and have been destroyed at customs. I have spoken to my bank but as paid by debit card they say they cannot do anything. I have emailed every email address I can find to do with this company and am going to continue to do so until I receive a refund. Any suggestions from people that have been successful would be greatly appriciated. These people cannot get away with this!!!!
