INSURANCE SCAM. Took money for a services contract and will not schedule service. Must train reps to simply give the run-around until "customer" simply gives up. Think of film The Rainmaker with Matt Damon, same concept of business method of insurance scam. Have done nothing but collect money and now that air conditioning is broken and needs servicing, which is fully covered under the contract, I SIMPLY CANNOT SCHEDULE A HUMAN BEING FROM THE COMPANY TO COME FIX IT. I believe they are stalling until contract runs out so they can simply keep the profit without providing service per contract. SCAM.
