I feel that these people who are sending out this bogus 'Official Declaration of Certified Award' need to be caught and prosecuted. My mother, an elderly lady struggling to make ends meet, has not only received these documents, but made the damn money order to submit to these idiots. I believe that targeting the elderly is and should be punishable. It amazes me how these fly by night companies are able to go to such lengths to scam people out of their hard earned money. It's not the 12.99 that makes my blood boil, it's the thought that if just 1000 people respond to these documents, these people have just made $12,990.00 JUST LIKE THAT!! Are you kidding me? Get honest jobs and find out how it feels to spend a dollar well earned!
