I ordered a free by rebate bottle of raspberry ketone fresh for the cost of post and packaging for £7.95 . Gave my bank details for payment if £7.95. Then received a email confirming order of 90 days not 30 days supply of raspberry ketone fresh, with a link to apply for rma form to submit after 30 days. I then called my bank to be told I have two payments pending , £153.95 from healthrizon and £1.99 from a shipping insurance company. I tried to cancel these payments and was told I could not due to them pending. After trying to get in contact with company all day to cancel my order I finally speak to someone to be told the order has already been submitted so cannot be cancelled , and after 30 days I should send the form to get a refund for the amount of £149.00 and could keep the product. Is this legal? I did not authorize that amount to be taken only the £7.95 for post and packaging, do I have to wait for 30 days to get my refund and do I send the product back or keep it? I was told by customer services from healthrizon if I returned the product I would only receive £135. As the post and packaging fee would not be refunded and they would take £10.00 off for payment to send it back
