I sent $130 to Michael Flores by Western Union for Opt in Leads.He withdrew the money and never sent the Leads. I emails him many times but he ignored my emails. I tried to phone him at the customer service number he put on the contact page of his website; www.beginmarketing.com, and the number belonged to a different company entire, not Begin Marketing.

- Delivery of this person's leads had nothing to do with this report as this person claims. I didn't even know that this complaint was here until now. We are very clear about our delivery when western union is used. It can take us up to 48 hours to collect the payment and up to 5 business days for delivery of the order. The time is based on when the order comes in and the type of order it is. This person's leads were delivered well within the time frame and there was more than 3x what was ordered. It is too bad that people like this can post comments that can potentially damage a business and then cannot remove the complaint. Sites like this should never be used unless it is a last resort and anyone using sites like this should be damned sure that they've been scammed before they submit a complaint. I've been providing leads since 1996 and have received 2 complaints like this one. Both were the same situation... An impatient client who did not take the time to read the delivery terms and immediately attacked. Shame on them.
