The company offers trial product at reduced rate and then keeps sending the product and charges at an exorbitant rate with no permission. I had not noticed that approximately 100 dollars Australian was being deducted from my account over three months.
When one complains is directed to a cancellation of order page but the scam involves them not informing the customer that they will be paying for the product that they were supposedly only sampling.
