I unfortunately did order the "Risk Free Trial" from the following websites of Bellaplex & Luminique. In my bank statement the transactions show under Hyd*Bellaplex.Com 22 & Acm*Luminique.Com 21. But went to the website and was thrown by the fine print of the policy. You are supposed to have 2 months (60 days) to try it free but they are going to charge you after 30 days!! Then, charge you again on the 60 day mark! Tell me where the free trial is?? and where are the free products when nothing gets sent to the customer. Then, I found this page and read all the accounts and it just confirmed that I really do not want to deal with this company.
I have been charged for the above amount I want my money reimbursed as I have not heard from then till now and when i just got little curious about it I came across heaps of complaints about this websites and complaints about free trials for Bellaplex & Luminique. I only ordered the products which cost about $2 US only and that was it. Never ask for any membership or anything, I am extremely worried that like many other customers I might get trapped in this scam as well.
I tried to contact the customer service for the company and there is no response as i kept holding the lines for 15minutes.
Please help!!!!
