I was reading a glowing report on the Internet from a lady who had applied for a free sample of tooth whitener from the above company. My samples duly arrived and on reading the instructions realised that this product was not for me. I advised a rep from the Company who telephoned me on 21st Feb that the procedure was too fiddly for me to use. On checking my Bank Statement today I discovered that a large sum of money had been taken out of my account. I am disturbed that a so called reputable Company had thought it necessary not to disclose these hidden costs. I would appreciate the return of my money as soon as possible. The items are still in my possession unopened.
