Ordered a dress online, recieved the shoipment 3 weeks later. They sent the wrong dress and in the wrong size. I have asked for a refund or for the correct item and they are asking me to pay a "restore" fee and additional shipping charges. They have apologized and place blame on their "shipping agent. The website is very deceiving and they make it look like you are ordering from the UK. Once you pay, you are directed to another email address, [email protected].
