He runs a facebook account and starts asking basic questions one would ask to get to know a person. After those are answered, he claims to be lonely and asks for support. Then he mentions something about investments and then proposes a plan to take money out of his bank and start a hotel business, promising you managership. He is pretty good at trying to be personal to mask his intent, but surely this is a scam. I believe the anatomy of the scam is to bait victims with banter, hook them with a guilt trip sob story, then reel them into his scam. An unsuspecting good Samaritan would likely fall easy pray to such a scam.
