I haven't bought into this scam. Unfortunately, until you have actually lost money, no one seems to be interested. This scam is a new scam and in progress, and the company is about 5 months old. I searched for complaints and found none.

They buy stamps for stamp collectors in China. Stamp collecting in China is a big deal, and they have more collectors there, than the United States. The hook for the scam is Collector's PBA has people in China looking for buyers. The Chinese government has not cracked down on buying stamps for investment purposes. Collector's PBA is providing that connection which will result in at least double Scott Catalog amounts in China. They take 10% of the sales price--normal when you deal with a U.S. dealer. On their website, they have wonderful testimonials about all of these people who have made lots of money with them. They are even endorsed by the Online Business Bureau. I could create a business and do the same for $49.95 a year.

So how do I know this is a scam. First, you need to visit http://collectors-pba.com/home.html/. At the bottom of that page look at the photo of Mr. Chung Li, the CEO. Then please visit: http://ir.suntech-power.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=192654&p=irol-govBio&ID=144172. There you will see the photo of Dr. Zhengrong Shi. Twin brothers in the same pose? Now back on the collectors home page click on contacts. There you will see Jia Huang, the appraiser who live in Mexico. Then visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wang_Yang_%28politician%29
where you will find he is a high ranking Chinese politician.

The local pushers in Las Vegas are using a mail-drop with a "Suite Number" as their address. Via telephone I have spoken with "John Goldstein" and via e-mail "Tracy Dash". The home page they setup for my stamps is: http://gmimsstamps.com/

I am not sure how I did it, but I found two are three pages of people with a similar address, always ending in stamps.com. There are others who have at least listened to their pitch.

I am going to continue to play their game until money/stamps have to change hands. I have already told them that all exchanges will have to occur with a third party escrow company.

John called me today, and I ignored the call. There was a voice message, which I didn't listen too.

Clearly, I could expose them at this point, that could do damage to those who might have transactions in progress or who haven't realized they have been scammed.
