Joe Lamkin of JL Windows and Doors took a deposit and did not produce goods and services as agreed in the contract. Joe has numerous claims on his insurance bond, and as a result his contractor's license was suspended 12-26-2013. Check his status with the Contractors State License Board. Joe kept promising to show proof of insurance. Joe did not order our windows from the manufacturer. Joe promised to give our deposit back. Beware, this man is not to be trusted. He will say anything to get your money. If he has taken your money and has not produced goods or services contact:
