Company called my cell phone and asked for my wife. As she was the one that answered the call, she identified herself as being the one they wanted to speak with. They informed her that a "formal complaint was filed against her and that there will be 3 attempts made to serve her with papers" She informed the caller that she would have her attorney review any and all documents
