I took advantage of the $4.95 ONLY, shipping and handling for the e-cig, I even accepted a phone call from e-cig. representative to confirm that only $4.95 would be deducted from my cc. They have taken $79.95-twice and $99.95-twice out of my checking account causing my account to be overdrawn!!!!! When I have called their 888#, they will NEVER let me talk to a supervisor. The last 2 items that they have charged me for, $79.95 and $99.95, I have not received anything for. This is fraud. They are stealing money out of my bank w/out my knowledge. I want my money put back into my account now!!! How can they do this 2 months in a row when I was told the only amount taken out would be $4.95??? I cannot afford this because I have no income coming in right now due to an injury. If I wanted a product like this, I could purchase it at a convenient store next to me for $35.00-----not the almost $360 they have stolen from me already. This is theft, fraud by mail and a SCAM!!!! Please return my money. Now I have other checks that have bounced and with the money stolen out of my account, I will not be able to pay my rent for March, due in 3 days. Please put my money back in my account with an extra $75 for the checks that bounced. I would appreciate it. You cannot take advantage of people like this and you shouldn't be so rude on the phone. If this is a business on the square then why wasn't I allowed to talk to a supervisor the 4 times that I called? I am going to submit all of my information on the government site for fraud because one of the checks that bounced was to the United States Treasury Department, (IRS)!!!! I will supply them with all of the emails I sent and the confirmation emails sent by evape confirming that all that I would be charged was $4.95,
