I ordered a "free" trial in December that would only cost me $4.95 for shipping. (Same thing for Levela, as they were to be used together.) I received 2 more shipments but kept forgetting to cancel, completely unaware that I had paid $69.95 per shipment (not including Levela charges!)! Cancelled today and I have to return my last shipment, then they will refund my last charge since they have a 15-day money-back guarantee. Customer service lady was very very rude and told me it was clearly stated that I would pay $69.95 and that there wasn't anything she could do about the other shipments, no one else for me to talk to. I'm submitting a complaint against Levela as well.
