My parents wanted to give their children and families, a vacation plan where we all could go on vacation together, and this Company prometed their wish could be accomplished with them.

They planned the trip for next chrismas, when the family group, 13 people, would travel to spend a week in Punta Cana. As i mentioned before, they payed 39.5 million pesos ( more then us$20.000).

When the time came, the company sent us a proposal of the expenses we should pay for. The charge was among us$12.000 for the hotel only. They said, the booking during those days was almost imposible and they werent able to get big discounts. The price they gave us, was almost the same we would pay with an agency where we were looking for our flight tickets.

Of course the papers my parents signed don' t have this offer written. It was only a hand written document written by the representative.

They tried to get their money back and the Company said there were no refounds under the contract signed.

My father past away almost a year ago, obviously without having engoyed his family for the last time as all would love it.
