This is the message that I sent to this company: Hello I am writing in reference to my shoe order I placed in August and received in September. I ordered my daughter a pair of your shoes for school. She has had them for 2 months now and they are already tearing apart. I could buy a pair of shoes from Payless Shoe Source and they would last longer than this pair. I paid too much money for these shoes and they are coming apart. I would like some type of compensation for this matter. Please reply asap! They were Women's Air Jordan 13 (Blue and White)

I sent the pictures of the shoes on December 10, 2013, and this is the last message I received from them on December 17, 2013.
