I had ordered the "trial package" online which i never received. It was ordered on 02/04/2014 and on 02/11/2014 they took 94.31 out of my account AFTER I CANCELLED!! I made several calls to the phone number given by my credit card company and the people were rude and hung up on me several times when i complained it was unacceptable. They would put me on hold and then come back and offer me 55.00 credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they yelled and screamed at me and said no one was available to talk they were too busy and again would hang up. What a scam!!!
