Money keeps being debited from my account. When I go on the website of the company listed on my credit card, http://zensuppt.com/, it says I can do I live chat with a customer service agent. I have not once managed to get hold of someone there. I the submit a complain and each time I get an email saying I have to call their customer service in another country. On this occasion, the second time I phone to say that I do not know which website my card is registered to, they refuse to give me those details. They also refuse to refund me the money and said that I agreed to the T&C but I have no idea where it is. The lady I spoke to on this occasion kept giving me information but did not answer the questions I asked and kept trying to end the call. I am furious for having to pay for a something which i did not authorise and for a product which I never received.
