I decided to try this product, taking advantage of the free 14 day supply for only $2.95 shipping charge. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! An additional charge of $1.99 has appeared on my credit card. When I phoned about this additional charge, I was told that it is for shipping insurance. I stated that I hadn't agreed to that charge & was told that I should have read the agreement, there was nothing to be done about it. I remember that $1.99 charge page appearing and that I clicked off it! Secondly, I received an email telling me that my 14 day trial began the day I placed the order & that I would receive the product in 3-5 days. Ten days later, I still haven't received the product! Jenna stated that I should receive it soon. Furthermore, I as told that if I didn't cancel within 14 days of placing the order, I would be billed for the full amount. Of course, I cancelled the account right then.
