I WAS "IP BOOTED" BY MY OPPONENT,TO ALL THAT ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE TERM ITS WHEN YOUR OPPONENT SOMEHOW DISCONNECTS THE MATCH AND MAKES IT SEEM AS THOUGH U ARE AT FAULT,ANYHOW I CONTACTED SUPPORT TO GIVE THEM MY STORY,I WAS STILL GIVEN THE LOSS AND MY $8.00 WAS AWARDED TO MY OPPONENT,I CONTINUED TO TRY AN PROVE MY INNOCENCE WHEN FINALLY THE SUPPORT MEMBER AGREED TO REFUND ME MY $8.00,...LONG STORY SHORT,I NEVER RECIEVED THE REFUND WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO FOLLOW UP ON THE MATTER I GOT THREATNED WITH A SUSPENSION,BUT NO EXPLANATION ON WHY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE REFUND.I WAITED A COUPLE OF DAYS THEN FINALLY DECIDED TO CONTACT SUPPORT AGAIN REGARDING THE MATTER,ENDING RESULTS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR 72 HOURS AND NO REFUND!
