I also purchased the Dr Dre ear buds and as others have stated,also for a xmas gift for my disabled son who had to go without a gift because I never received the product, but they sure did charge my acct.. No sign of company on internet now. Total rip off, they picked a good name for their scam company "Redrum". Something needs to be done about this rip off how do we go about getting our money back? How many people were ripped off and just did not complain!
