My former landord only returned $50 of my security deposit instead of the original amount of $535. This written correspondence is to request the return of the balance of my security deposit amounting to $535 as documented and agreed to upon vacating Rm. #2 @ 1412 - A Liholiho St., Honolulu, Hi. 96822. This was agreed upon when in the letter you mailed to me on January 7th, 2014 indicating receipt of Rm. #2 key on as January 4th, 2014. I have complied with all of the rules and guideline per jurisdiction of the State of Hawai'i as well as our contractual agreement regarding my tenancy in Rm. #2 @ 1412 - A Liholiho St., Honolulu, Hi. 96822. Therefore, I am legally entitled to return of my security deposit balance in the amount of $535.
