I received a check debit from my account on 2/11/2014. I one don't know anything about this business and never went online to place an order with this business. I attempted to contact customer service to no avail. I then receive another debit in my account on 2/21/2014. I was able to contact customer service who wanted me to provide them with my bank account information and social security number to verify my order. I did not provide them with this information and told them if the order was placed, which it was not they could verify my information using my name. The representative wanted to constantly tell me about the order I placed. I told him I never placed an order and wanted to talk to a manager. I asked for a manger 3 times and was ignored. The representative ended up hanging up the phone. I've been in contact with my bank about this matter and will be going to the bank in the morning.
