I was told I was approved for a loan but needed to secure it with an insurance policy which I done, when it was time to deposit the funds I received a call saying there was a mistake on the options and I would need to send more money in order to complete the transaction. Once I told them it was enough and I was not sending more that they were ripping me off they right away said it could file a refund which takes 10 days. I haven't been able to reach them since and don't know what else to do or if there is something I can do! The sad thing is I am a single mom and had got a loan to get this done in the first place:(
