Signed up for FREE bottle of product. (Ad says exactly "CLAIM YOUR FREE BOTTLE TODAY" - a 30-day supply) I was charged $4.95 for shipping & handling. I was aware that if I didn't want to receive any further shipments of the product, I had to call to cancel within 14 days of receiving my "FREE" bottle. Well, I DID that, but now, they're wanting my "FREE" bottle (with a minimum of 16 days of product still inside bottle) returned (at my expense)or else they're going to charge me 50% of full price ($40)if I DON'T return my FREE bottle!

First, what part of FREE BOTTLE don't they understand?
Second, they want the product returned?

Really? Why? Are they going to re-sell the capsules that I put my hands on already?
I mean, seriously!

How can they be sure of the integrity of these "returned capsules?" I usually poured out a small handful, then picked out one, then put the rest back in the bottle. I could have a communicable disease, or better yet, I could have easily pulled the capsules apart and replaced the powdered product with any number of lethal entities!

AND... if they ARE reselling them, does that mean that the capsules that they sent ME were possibly in somebody else's grubby hands at one time? Or were possibly laced with arsenic or were just filled with dirt?

So, why ELSE would they want them returned & charge a restocking fee unless they ARE reselling them?

I have a very compromised immune system and because of finding this all out, I'm a nervous wreck! How close did I come to dying? How scared am I now to order anything else online? How can I ever allow myself to trust ANY company?

This company has placed a new SCARE into me, and I can't sleep and I'm a wreck!

What's the value of THAT!
