RVTL Anti-Aging and Equinox Serum

There are two products shipped from two sites involved (above and 1285 Baring Blvd #297, Sparks, NV 89434). There is no shipping/billing/receipts in shipping boxes. No way to return products. Customer Service of Meaningful Beauty/Guther-Renker says it can't help because I have no account number (no paperwork with shipment to provide this information)and no record of my mailing address. Yet, I was billed for product on 12/10/13 (877.690.1943GB and 877.493.2090GB) for both products and again on 12/26/13 (877.493.2090GB), 1/02/14 (877862.9835), 1/16/14(877.524.0275), 1/20/14 (877.862.9835) and 2/15/14 (888.776.0597). I had to Google product names to get the overarching company. I went to my credit card company to understand that phone numbers appeared on my statement (these varied but products are same). With charges, the companies' phone numbers change. It is not clear what the formal company name is: Equinox, Clear Skin,Meaningful Beauty, or Guther-Renker. The company is unethical and evasive. Website states refundable up to 60 days, but there is no specific address to return product, and therefore, meeting the 60 day return is difficult. Please help me this stopping the shipments and getting my money refunded.
