I was told I was picked for a free sample for just the small shipping fee. I was billed $1.02 & $1.93 on Jan. 20 then billed the additional $97.88 on Feb. 5 enough space in billing for you not to have time to cancel. I got my credit card bill and called the # listed for AuraVie spoke to a rather rude representative that neither wanted to listen to me or cared. He got loud talking over me and I said the customer is always right you need to listen to me and he informed me that wasn't so for them. He said a third party sent out the free things and then we were redirected to them and thy didn't have to honor what the third party person said. He would refund me if I sent back the 3 free trial bottles (unopened) how do you try unopened bottles? Also notice I had 10 days to cancel maybe that is why there is such a space in the billing dates! I was threatened by this person I spoke to and told well somebody is going to pay!!! I wa deceived and scammed and I don't want this to happen to anyone else! I am spreading the word though everyone I know and I hope you do too!!! I hope this goes viral about this scamming company!
