In December I attempted to find information about my late brother's service in WWII.I saw the Militaryrecords.org site and attempted to fill out the request. When I reached a point where they asked for my address the drop down list for state did not have California. I communicated with Andy Wright at the site and eventually got an email telling me to fill out a request DD214 Request Form which I did and sent to an address in St Louis. I had a charge on my credit card of $19.95 on 12/20/2013. On 1/23/2014 I had another form email from Andy asking if I had received my information. I had not but noted that I had a charge of $19.95 on 01/21/2014. I sent them an email in which I copied a response from "This Ain't Hell" and asked for my money to be returned. It was not. Today, 02/19/2014, I received another form email from Andy and noticed a charge of $19.95 on my account.
