Ripoff company - appears to be a one-man operation working from home. Email deliverability is terrible, they cannot deliver mail to Gmail or Mac/Me.com addresses. Gmail all goes to the spam box and Mac/Me.com all bounces as rejected.
They will "freeze" your account or tell you you're suspended based on spam complaint percentages that are considered excellent in the email ESP industry, then continue to charge your credit card monthly until we had to call the bank and put a merchant block against Mailjet on our company Visa card.
This is the worst ESP by far of all the ones we have tried, stay away from Mailjet, it's not worth getting ripped off. Google Mailjet complaints or Mailjet scam, this is NOT an isolated incident, there are endless complaints on the internet just like mine - people who had their money taken by Mailjet but were denied any level of service.
And if you try to contact them, good luck, it takes 2 days at a minimum to get a reply to a support ticket.
