I asked for the free trial sample for £1.00 sterling, which I have been billed for, I then received a phonecall from a man from this company to say that my free sample was being shipped!, I told the man that I had already received the free sample and didn't require theproduct as it was the same as another product I already use, the man said ok thank you for your time.I than noticed an amount come out of my bank account for £59.15 on the 12the of February which on enquiring with my bank was taken out by,smile pro direct USA! Without my permission, I have not received an invoice with the free sample and have no means of contacting the company I hope you can assist me in this matter.
